Silence is a fault
If it failed and nobody could see it, it did not ship.
How I use it
A dead job that still looks busy is a lie. An error that disappears is a lie. The next person has to be able to see the fault and act. I would rather stop the line than pass a quiet defect.
What I refuse
A spinner after the work is dead. A swallow with no reason. We will notice later.
