Live hq_tenant_tool_subscriptions row — billing_kind client, status active, Stripe live checkout session — on a real workspace (D's Studio, founding Base). First-customer-is-proof kept active, not a refund theater.
R3 was never about more features. It was whether money can arrive: signup or upgrade → Stripe → webhook → active tool subscription.
On 2026-07-12 that path completed for the founding workspace. Attestation recorded 2026-07-15 from production data. The factory still has more to ship, but the first-dollar machinery is no longer theoretical.
