`--commit-dirty` forever; ship local edits without a commit identity.
Correction
Commit the tree; redeploy with `WORKER_COMMIT_SHA` and Pages build from that SHA; registry records match.
When debugging “what changed,” the first question is what is running. If the stamp lies, every later hypothesis is noise.
Dirty deploys were a temporary emergency hatch. They are not a culture. The living resume and the factory both require: git truth equals production truth.
